Just want to put a helpful tip out there......if anyone is considering renting our old shop it DOES NOT HAVE A FAT TRAP! SA water is aware of this and a food bussiness can not pursue operation without one. The landlord is accepting and agreeable until a leese is signed, unfortunately then controversy starts. I feel that unsuspecting people should be made aware that they might be informed of unanticipated cost after a leese is signed.
