Broker Breakthrough Intensive

Broker Breakthrough Intensive is a live one-day training for experienced brokers and loan writers only Link to Website: http://bbi.thesuccessfuladviser.com Dear Broker, Here’s a very real problem: too many brokers and loan writers – perhaps like you – hit an income ceiling, often it’s below $20 million, and you never achieve the income (or make the kind of difference) that you want. And while it’s easy to blame APRA or aggregator software or ‘bolt-on’ another tool in the hope of fixing the ‘systems issues’, it doesn’t really solve the core problems. I’m James McCracken. For the past 4 years, I’ve been working with brokers, loan writers, and sub-aggregators to help them grow loan volumes without spending more on their marketing. And what do I teach? I teach the exact same principles used by many of the MPA Top 100. When you come to the Broker Breakthrough Intensive, you’ll learn, side-by-side with me in the trenches, EXACTLY how to create a scalable broking business where you can significantly increase your personal income, minimize your time on admin, and where you truly make a difference to yourself – and your family. But perhaps most importantly, you’ll learn how to build a business that gives you more personal freedom. You see, you don’t need to be doing 90-hour weeks to write good volumes. Book your seat at the Broker Breakthrough Intensive and give yourself the gift of writing more loans, helping more clients and helping yourself. My commitment to you… If for some reason you don’t love the event, simply let me know and I will offer you a prompt and courteous refund, pay for your parking and cut you a cheque for an extra $200 for wasting your time AND you still get to keep the resources.

Product knowledge will get an extra deal over the line here and there - but the difference between those who smash it and those who say they want to has a lot more to do with other qualities - process, strategy, thinking, internal drive, marketing, resilience, etc. Work on these - and you'll never have a problem finding the next deal.

Just presented to a fantastic audience at the MPA High Performance Summit in Melbourne. Loved the interaction from the group and the opportunity to share some stories with them.

086: How to build a multi-award winning practice with Patrick Canion - The Successful Adviser

It was a real privilege and honour to chat with Patrick Canion. A true gentlemen, an industry disrupter, and an incredibly humble person considering his achievements. Have fun listening to this episode:

We all know building trust is a vital 'currency' for mutual success - and here are a couple of ways that help build more trust: # 1: Demonstrate you are remaining relevant to your clients over time. Just because it's "what we've always done", doesn't mean it's what you should continue to do. People want to know you will still be relevant to them over time (mind you, they won't expressly use these words - though unconsciously, they are making a judgement the entire time about your trustworthiness) # 2: Compelling vision. Not having a vision doesn't mean you'll go out of business, though having a relevant vision that appeals to your market => and then being consistent in actions can impact your level of trust for the better. To give this context, studies have shown that increasing trust by only 20% can increase the potential for someone to want to buy by 400% => so it's certainly worth striving to maximise your trust factor.

Someone recently said on my podcast "many people love the idea of being successful. What they should get in love with is the idea of what it takes to be successful". The iceberg sums it up nicely.
