Unfortunately due to some of this weeks circumstances I feel the need to remind you that I am a sole worker and it is extremely difficult at this time of the year to work around no-shows when I have lots of those waiting on a cancelation! I will be confirming your appointments in advance this week and I would just like to kindly ask if you do for some reason need to cancel/rebook please please do the right thing and let me know, I do my best to accomodate to all. To my clients that I won't be seeing this coming week I would like to wish you all a very very Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
