Unleash the inner warrior to overcome health and fitness goals!  'Warriors aren't born they're made'.When most people first take up training it can seem really scary, disheartening and almost pointless cause when you start you feel as though your goals are an eternity away. You look at all the people lifting more, running faster, putting out way more than you even thought possible, only to leave you feeling lost and discouraged...you try training harder but you burn out! You try a fancy new diet but it quickly gets boring, difficult and too much to keep up. This is usually when impatience and discouragement set in and you begin to think your goals will never be a reality, you accept that the way you are is permanent two things usually occur after this you either give up or you try something extreme! An emotional high from a ray of hope builds motivation! The journey begins again, set backs happen passion burns out. What's the problem here? Now, from my own experience no matter how great the routine, no matter how easy the diet something would cause the fire to burn out! SELF EFFICACY! A head full of doubt, confusion and inability to attain your goals. A lack of faith and a mind dominated by fear. Allowing past failures to tell you what the outcome will be destroys any ambition to try and slowly you begin to die inside because your convinced your incapable of attaining the object of your desire...But someone, somewhere deep within knocks from inside the core of your being in attempt to be unleashed from the prison you've created within yourself. I call this someone the 'Inner Warrior'. Now you may be wondering how does this deep aspect of training relate to my health and fitness goals? Well, before you start any fitness journey you have to decide am I going to fight with the warrior within or the person who I was. This decision will change everything for you.

WHY LOSING BODY FAT COMES TO A HALT WHEN EATING LOW CALORIES. Have you ever seen someone who eats copious amounts of food, yet they stay reletivley slim? Or the complete opposite...someone who eats little yet struggles to lose weight? The reason for this is due to a hormone known as Leptin which is naturally produced by the body to release fat into the body as energy. However this hormone is controlled by the amount of food you eat and the type of food. When you go really low in calories to lose body fat the body will co-operate for a while but eventually fat loss will slow down. The bodies main purpose is to survive and in case of starvation the body aims to store as much fat as possible when calories are low. However when calories are high the body creates plenty of Leptin to support fatloss though when your overconsuming, fatloss will not be achieved. So then what are you supposed to do to combat this? And how can you produce higher levels of Leptin to ensure fat is being used for fuel to support your fatloss goals? I'll make a video on this soon...😊 Stay tuned.💪😊
