I've been feeling unworthy lately (a story I'm breaking), and so I haven't used my precious oils. This morning I decided that I am worth it, so I cracked the lid and popped #jasmine into the diffuser. I've combined it with #kumquat to add a little brightness. Your challenge today is to open one of your precious oils and use it, not just smell it, because you are worth it. Report back how you feel!

This is a scratchy throat saviour! You know when you get that tickle and you can't lie down without it getting worse? Usually I use #doterra #frankincense on the outside, but that wasn't going as well as I'd like, so I tried this. It's a miracle people! (As an added bonus, it helps you to relax and sleep!) Today is a single rather than a diffuser blend, but I LOVE it! #doterra has a limited release of #kumquat #redmandarin and #sunnycitrus blend (orange, grapefruit and peppermint), and they are divine! Kumquat is great for supporting and uplifting the mood, freshening the air, cleaning skin and home, and just smelling wonderful! If you get the opportunity to buy some, I strongly recommend that you do!

I talk a lot about how I love doTERRA and what they do for the people who grow the plants we get our oils from. They have a charitable arm called Healing Hands, and doTERRA pays for ALL of the administration, the products they sell so that all of the money raised or donated by Wellness Advocates goes to help the people who need it. Until now, we have had to donate via US orders, which can be offputting for some, but as of the 12th of June, we will be able to buy Rose Lotion and Hope oil blend in Australian orders, and have ALL of the money go to HH. The best news is that they are clearing the final hurdles to have Healing Hands registered here so that we can claim donations back on tax, and have some money used for projects which help Australians! That smoke is still lingering! I couldn't see the city today on my way in, which is highly unusual. I'm rather annoyed as I did all of my washing yesterday, and now I have to redo it because of the stink, so I'm taking a lot of deep breaths! All of these #doterra essential oils will support the respiratory system; just choose the ones you like most! (I have #cardamom and #lime at the moment)

We had an adventure at school this afternoon! This baby lorikeet couldn't fly back to the tree, and there were crows watching closely, so I caught it and took it to the animal rescue people, where it will be rehomed when its wing heals. While rescuing it, it bit my fingers hard enough to draw blood. A smear of #doterra #correctx and a band aid, and I'm fine, as will it be!
