Great to have you onboard with us Lisa is a fully qualified dietitian who holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the academically respected University of Wollongong in NSW, Australia. Lisa holds experience and particular interest in long-term weight loss, diabetes management, heart disease, lactose intolerance, coeliac disease and PCOS. Having a particular interest in personalizing diets and greatly deterring from a “one size fits all approach” Lisa has recently extended her study into the areas of ‘nutrigenomics’. With a background in personal training Lisa signifies that diet and exercise are highly synergistic. She can provide knowledge on how to support a healthy exercise program with the appropriate amount and type of protein along with the necessary micronutrients needed for muscle adaptation. Lisa is a supportive, motivating and knowledgeable dietitian who will guide you through a thorough and patient-specific consult providing you with the tools and strategies to improve your nutritional status and implement these into your everyday life, long-term. Consulting patients from a wide variety of industries including the corporate sector, IT, marketing and advertising Lisa understands the daily challenges that face office-based workers particularly and will work with you one-on-one to determine the correct and personalised solution for you.
