An update: Work & Development Orders cannot be processed and Time To Pay is unavailable. Payments cannot be made via myEnforcement link on the SDRO website, however the Pay Now and Quick Payments options are available. RMS and ServiceNSW are still able to take payments and lift sanctions.
We have an outage with our fines payment system, meaning fines may not be paid right now, online or by phone. We are working to have the system back up and running tonight. Customers will not face any extra charges or sanctions on fines due today that cannot be paid because of this outage. If you have a question about paying your fine, please email us at info@sdro.nsw.gov.au or call or us on Monday or Tuesday next week. Payments to lift a restriction on a driver licence can be made at Service NSW or RMS service centres.
