Just a reminder for tenants wishing to move out of MLAHMC properties. Tenants are required under the Residential Tenancy Act to give notice that you are moving out so we can stop charging you rent and arrange the collection of keys to the property. If you are going to move out of a MLAHMC property, contact our Tenancy Team on 1800 231 160 so they can help you with this process or if you have any questions. Some extra information can also be found in this 'Fair trading fact sheet'.
