One of my favorite quick and easy breakfasts is egg white oats. It might sound kind of strange but is delicious and full of protein and carbs. Try 55-65 grams of oats with 1/2 cup of egg whites. Add water or milk for desired consistency and microwave for 1 minute. Take it out and give it a stir and then microwave for another minute. The best part is adding toppings! My current favorite is chocolate chips, goji berries and peanut butter!
