Is it already the weekend again!!! We have some fantastic dishes lined up for this weekend. We have used the amazing seeded superfood bread from our friends at Honest Goods Co as inspiration to create a dish utilising some our summer favourites, heirloom tomatoes and basil, sitting on top of our house made stracciatella cheese. Light fluffy pancakes, including a dairy free and gluten free option served with nashi pear, banana, bacon and maple. Todays winner has been the corned beef hash benedict. Race in while they are still available!!
