We use traditional ingredients when creating such delicious treats as Yoyos, caramel slice, Anzac cookies and meringues.
We are constantly baking, to ensure that all items provided to you are freshly made to the highest standard in our registered kitchen. With rapid turnover all bite sized treats are made fresh without the need for any artificial preservatives.
As mothers, we become frustrated when expensive delicious looking treats are bought for children but are only nibbled at. We believe that a better idea is smaller portions that are just right for littler mouths. For the adults, smaller portions means that ‘yes’ you can try two guilt free!
Too often, the portion sizes in cafes are too large and expensive, having lost that “special” taste from being mass produced in factories and spending too long in transit. Baking should come from the heart and biscuits and slices should be made to be enjoyed fresh from the oven. At Sugamuma we are different, we use some of Nana’s recipes, always utilising natural ingredients and baking on a smaller scale.
Because we are a local small business, we will be able to provide you with regular deliveries of fresh baking. This ensures that your customers are always satisfied with the freshness of the product and that the flavour is as g.ood as the appearance. We will continually add to our range to ensure your customers can experience new taste sensations.

Honeycomb Ice Cream Slice Whip 300 ml of thickened cream Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk Stir through chopped pieces of chocolate honeycomb Lay Arnotts Malt'O'Milk biscuits upside down in a slice tray Gently spread over cream mixture Cover with another layer of biscuits (facing up this time) Freeze overnight YUM!!
