Jon's 2003 Dyna Sport already had a comfortable twin seat but his LePera solo was a little hard so we rebuilt the foam cutting out a piece of the original foam and adding a softer grade as well as giving it more padding at the rear . Nicely finished in coffee bean black on top and Capri ink on the sides

This is one of the nicest custom V-Rods I have had the pleasure to work on the seat and pad are done with carbon fibre vinyl on the perimeter and then diamond pattern in silver thread on black suede for the centre pieces. Sadly I don't have any after shots of the seat on the bike.

Customer was looking for a change from his factory electraglyde seat to something a lot sleeker and in tune with the bikes new paint and style. So the foam was cut down and reshaped and then a firm fitting new cover with red top stitch to replace the old loose look cover was put on.

Roy wanted something different to the standard Softail Heritage solo and pillion seats so I shaped down the pad and the seat foams and using the colour vinyl Roy picked ,a rustic saddle colour, I made new covers for the seat ,pillion ,back rest and tank strap. I think the colour really sets the bike off.

After riding the bike for a couple of runs Daryl was having problems and it turned out to be the seat geometry was wrong and it needed some engineering to drop the floor boards The second attempt was done while the bike was having final alterations done at Lee Mc Peake engineering including having a reverse gear added. This time the seat was made in stages with Daryl trying it each time till satisfied ,it took about three goes to get the foam right and we changed the geometry bringing it higher and further back as well as flattening out the top to put him in a much better forward position , Hopefully we got it perfect this time.

Daryl's Harley Trike was a bit of a challenge and getting it right took a couple of go's the first attempt was whilst the bike was being prepared at Pro Street. Firstly the seat base was customised by Ben to offer heat protection from the engine and a wider seating area at the back the foam is then made up of layers with a V foam well and then final shaping is done and a last layer of foam and a nice cover out of all sport black vinyl finishes it off . I was very happy with how it turned out.
