Let your tastebuds & imagination run wild and make your own Kebabs. Why not pre cut your ingredients and let everyone construct their own prior to cooking. For these ones, we marinated Rump Steak Strips in Blackbean for a few hours before weaving them onto skewers with multicoloured Capsicum , red Onion, Mushroom & Cherry Tomatoes. Simple, tasty & good looking. Mrs Beetson's butchers will strip any of our beautiful steaks you would like to use. Quick tip- soak your skewers in cold water for 30 mins prior to using to prevent them burning.

Why does easy tea night need to be boring??? 1 pan and 1 pot was all it took to create this plate aannnnd you can do it ahead of time if you like. It would be fantastic for an entertaining plate as well. Ceasar with a twist or two. Mm mm . Mrs Beetson's will happily add marinade to any of our chicken for you in any flavour we have that takes your fancy. Our "In house Smoked Bacon " is the absolute finishing touch that'll guarantee satisfaction from the fussiest eater.

Looking for Lamb that's luscious & light? Sick of the traditional Mint Sauce? How about Lamb with a simple homemade Salsa Verde! All it takes is a bunch of Parsley, a bunch of Basil, a little Garlic and the juice of a lemon . Throw it all together in your blender and drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil in while processing to make a wonderful fresh Green Sauce/ marinade. Brush the raw lamb lightly with the sauce and stand in fridge for a little while prior to cooking. Save remainder and use as a sauce over the cooked meat. Lip smacking good.
