Description
We are a local bakery selling breads, coffee, and cakes. We are said to have the best barista in the area, why not have a try and judge it yourself ;) Wild Terra has been supplying excellent breads and coffee to the local area for over 4 years. Recently it has been taken over by a qualified baker named Tony Nguyen who has nearly 20 years experience in baking and patisseries.
Tony once had a successful cake shop in Sydney, selling mainly birthday and wedding cakes. Having felt in love with the beautiful beaches in Nambucca Heads, he decided to make a move and of course, bring the recipes along with him!
Under the new management, Wild Terra will certainly have a few touch-ups. Along with what are usually on sale everyday, we have already added some yummy sweets to accompany your coffee such as apple turn-overs, french pastries, rock cakes, etc. We are hoping to bring birthday cakes and wedding cakes to Nambucca Heads in a very near future!

Gluten free treats are now available! They are so good that you would not know until I tell you they are GF! There are choices of : *Caramel Slices: Smooth creamy caramel on a gluten free coconut biscuit base topped with chocolate and caramel ganache *Lemon & Lime Cheesecake: Baked lemon cheesecake bursting with a lime fruit filling topped with shredded coconut and sitting on a gluten free biscuit base. * Peach& Passionfruit Cheesecake: A traditional style baked cheesecake with a generous topping of peach & passionfruit gel. If you are a fan of one of these, you won't be disappointed. They surely can satisfy your taste buds without hurting your tummy ;)
