XMAS IN THE PARK // Last night, ARMSTRONG had some special visitors swing by the district park. Santa couldn't get an UBER from the North Pole so he hitched a ride with the Grovedale Fire Brigade squad to visit our special little residents. Showering the kids with lollies and lots of cuddles, Santa and the fire brigade were an absolute hit. The kids got to ride in the fire truck, sound the siren and test the fire hose - all at the new district park that launched recently in October. A big thank you to all those who attended. As our community grows even more next year, we hope to also grow this yearly event and make it an annual tradition :)

HAVEN CLASSIC // Geelong Resident and Villawood Properties Director Rory Costelloe participated in the Haven Classic event last Saturday 16th Dec. The event is a 13km downwind ocean paddle along the breathtaking coastline of the Great Ocean Road, from Lorne to Fairhaven. In collaboration with TAC, this powerful message along the HWY is a reminder for locals and holiday-goers alike, to take care on our roads...particularly during this precious time of year. Joe Calefiore (CEO of TAC) and Andrew Duggan (Senior Development Manager at Villawood Properties) proudly launched 'Drive Safe' in support of a wider campaign to get the death toll on our road to ZERO 💪
