Ok folks, I have been a bit busy studying and preparing bits of paper left right and centre. The result is my BUILDERS LISENCE. Now I can not only design your home and or extension but I can build it as well. Si keep in mind when you need a builder or a project manager you can call me. Also my new website can soon be visited when I get the "bugs" ironed out, should bee soon WATCH THIS SPACE...
Hi Everyone, I haven't posted anything for a while. I have been busy with creating my web page will will be ready very soon. Also have been studying to get my builders lisence. Just a quick not for now, when you start your building project find out first all the ins and outs as to the requirements to get your approval. There are quite a few people, applications and fees to be paid. All this can create some unexpected financial pressure for you if you don't plan for it.

TUIJAS' TIP OF THE WEEK If you already live in a place where traffic noise is a issue or you are about to build somewhere with this problem. Then consider a WATER FEATURE. Running water has a soothing effect and can make you forget about outside noises. Pictured is a water wall. Water falls down, evenly over wall into ponds. Recycle the water.
TUIJAS' TIP OF THE WEEK. If you are thinking about building or just some basic renovations, unless you know your tradie well, ASK TO SEE SOME PREVIOUS WORK THEY HAVE DONE. If the previous clients are happy with the tradie, usually they are happy to give a good report on the tradie. Don't think she'll be right. Look after your own interest.
