Well, it is almost Christmas and I have just finished for the year. My trusty chair and I are having a well earned break. I just want to say thank you to all the Corporate and private clients for your support over this last 12 months and I look forward to being able to provide you with treatments in 2017. Phew! Just arrived home after massaging for ACH Group runners and walkers at The City to Bay. Busy morning😀

Spring is here, even if the weather is still a bit confused. Time to get out and about and ease into some outdoor activity. Get the garden in order, preparing veggie beds, weeding and planting etc. We are blessed in the Adelaide Hills with facilities to run/walk/cycle safely on the Laratinga and Amy Gillett Trails. Enjoy the outdoors, but don't overdo it! Talking of running/walking, it is the City to Bay on 18th September. I am working on behalf of BUPA providing post race massages. Come and say "Hello" if you are in Glenelg :) . I have appointments available in September, so PM/Call or email me for availaility. Have a great September :)
