The Official Facebook Page for Caboolture Basketball Inc. Caboolture Basketball Inc ( CBI) is a not-for-profit incorporated sporting organisation.
Caboolture Basketball Association was formed in the 1970's operating for a number of years from the Centenary Lakes Stadium, Caboolture. The Caboolture Basketball representative teams and players were formerly known as the Caboolture Lakers.
In the 1990's Caboolture Basketball Association became an incorporated organisation and though it has undergone a number of Constitution changes. It is known today as Caboolture Basketball Inc (CBI). With competition changes from Basketball Queensland a new representative program was formed name the Coastal Suns catering for both teams in Junior and Senior competitions.
In 2010, the representative name was changed to Caboolture Suns.
CBI is affiliated with Basketball Queensland (BQ) and Basketball Australia(BA) and abides by their governing rules, as well as the governing rules of CBI contained in it's constitution.

facebook.comThis weekend we had a fundraiser at the stadium we did a bbq for Roller Derby in which council asked us if we would be interested and it was great Saturday was U21 boys and myself and Linda and Assistant Coach Blake. Sunday was U16 boys Wayne Anderson and Family and Bec Perkins and Family and myself and Linda. Monday was U14 Girls Jay pickering Coach and Renee Farrel Assistant Coach Manager Lisa and Parents and the girls from the team and Brent and Melissa Wood and Linda and myself. It was great to see all the little helpers and and to see the girls also enjoying themselves. A Big Thank You to all who helped and Linda Lehtonen for the time over the 3 day weekend without you all it would not have been a success. So thanks again Jo Hockings President Caboolture Basketball Inc.
A Big Congratulations to the 2 grand finalist tonight U10's Civic U10's Eagles You played very well. A Big Thank you to the Coaches, Players, Managers, Supporters, and Families for your time and dedication throughout the season. A Big Thank You also to Rebecca Schwerin the SBL players and all involved in the setup for tonight. It was a great success and the children enjoyed it. Hope to see you all next season.
