Superfoods Are A Con
Here at the Eat Well Challenge we firmly believe "all food is healthy food" and it is a matter of eating a well balanced and correctly portioned meal to maintain a healthy weight. This is why we keep away from promoting "fad diets" and so called "super foods". Our meal plans include all food groups.
Eat Well Challenge members, we apologise for the website being down. The issue has be rectified but will take 2-4 hours before the website is up and running. We now understand what caused the outage which was out of our hands. Do not despair, a day of eating 'outside' of the meal plan over a 12 week period should not deter you from your goals.
The Eat Well Challenge website was brought offline today as a result of an operation error of our website registration company.
