Hey guys I've had a last minute cancellation for tomorrow morning, it's a 9am colour appointment. If you would like to take advantage of the cancellation please call the salon on 50232643, one of the last appointments available with me until after Christmas. -Nick

No Shows, Cancellations and Late Arrivals The ColourKing Hair & Beauty Team values and appreciates all of our loyal clientele and we thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty. But due to a recent increase in No Shows, Last Minute Cancellations and Late Arrivals, we have had to make a few changes to our Salon Policy. As we are being left with inadequate time to fill the cancellations. Effective immediate: - No Show appointments will now be charged a percentage of their missed appointment on their following appointment. - Last Minute Cancellations without adequate notice or a valid explanation will also be charged a percentage on their following appointment. As stated in the confirmation text reminders we require 24 hours notice of intent to cancel. - Continual Late Arrivals may now be charged for the extra appointment time needed to complete their service. As it is causing us to run late or behind in a already tight scheduled. We understand and acknowledge that certain circumstances can not be avoided or helped and we appreciate all the clients that try to give us as much notice as possible. We also wish to also acknowledge our loyal clients who are always on time, we appreciate your punctuality it doesn't go unnoticed.
