🐣🐥🐣Bright & Early Chickens🐤🐥🐣 finishing off their fat loss sesh ( trap bar deads & sled pulls 🙀) with this 3 in 1 Push Pull Core exercise. It's a regression from the single arm push up version but still just as effective. I got the girls to mainly focus firstly on their stability through the row pull not moving their hips and getting that core to do its job 🙌🏼 awesome effort my lovely ladies, have the best day 💛

🏴🏳🏴Another Saturday morning GROUP PT CLASS done & dusted with these beautiful girls. 🏴🏳🏴🏳We had a cardio based Metabolic session outdoors this morning focusing on basic movements - Tricep Dips - Box Jumps - Lunges -Raised Push Ups - Sprints pushing through as many rounds as we could in a 15 minute block. Then we moved to the bikes and worked for 10 minutes burning 10 calories as quickly as we could > 10 squat jumps > 30 sec plank Repeat. Couldn't think of a better way to kick off the weekend than with these gorgeous girls 🙌🏼 Come join us @livfitpt & feel positive about your health and fitness💛

Detox your body of sugar for 48 hours by eating Veg + Protein for every meal and cutting all your refined sugar out. Stick to water to flush out all those nasties and herbal tea, I know it's said a lot but that's because it works 😉Easter choccies have left me so bloated but nothing a few good days of nutrition can't fix. Don't fall behind with yourself and how good you feel because of a couple of poor days of eating. Stay on top of things by being proactive and you will always be moving forward with your health and fitness. ⌛️

GET THOSE TONED THIGHS with this program 💣 KB Lunges X 20 > Sprints 30 seconds X 5 Rounds. Box Jumps with a burpee X 10 - 5 Rounds. KB Front squats X 12 > 10 Jump Squats X 3 rounds. Finished with our wall sit in this video, paying attention to inner thigh or adductor, holding in a squatted position exercise ball placed between a wall and mid back, for 30 seconds and repeating 4 times. Give it a go. And good job tonight girlfriend ‼️‼️

Monday Tip: Highest chances of losing body fat, keeping it off and being happy from someone who has actually transformed their entire life + body + mind + spirit. Me on the left of this photo, I wish I brought those bather bottoms in a little market in Barcelona but hey who was to know I would be strong enough to accomplish something like I have.. HIIT + strength Training combined with any movement that makes me smile -Increasing protein intake -Increasing vegetable intake -increasing water intake -cutting out sugar + white starch were my biggest changes. Remember if you want to succeed at this, if you want to be happy and healthy long term. Do not quick fix this, do not continue a vicious eating cycle of bingeing starving then draining your energy at the gym for hours. Be honest with yourself and change your lifestyle, recognise you want to be happy first, then start making SMART choices. Smart choices when you are out at dinner, smart choices when you come home from work and uni. Meditate more, do some yoga, start recognising when you are hungry again, don't take your frustrations out with food- control your eating habits. Drink a green juice every day & prepare yourself a no guilt sweet treat for those moments you just want to put your hand in the cookie jar. Move your body to sweat and release happiness to your brain, and burn energy not because you want to look like a fit model, this is not a positive message you are sending to your body. Have the right intentions when it comes to your body & mind and think about your life in the big picture.. don't compare yourself to others, focus on you, and your happiness. When you think about how you want to look, picture YOUR body, and YOUR body shape, envision your BEST BODY and one that you can sustain and be happy with forever. We can't track our eating for the rest of our lives, we can't spend 2+ hours in the gym for the rest of our lives, unless this is your profession or your career, so start making the small changes that are going to allow you to live an active lifestyle, live your life in balance, enjoy your social life and NEVER live in guilt again. Im so proud of myself, and all my clients ❤️
