I am fully committed to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals quickly but also in the safest way. Available at a Brand New PT Studio during AM in the Frankston Area and working within the Goodlife Health Club @Dingley Village in the PM.
I have experience with a range of personal training techniques from Military Style, after training with Commando Steve from the Biggest Loser TV show, to injury rehabilitation, helping many people overcome shoulder, back and knee problems. I can help you achieve the results that you want when it comes to your health and fitness. For a large portion of my life I have been involved in high level sport so I know what it takes to perform at your best.
After personally losing over 34kg in 18 months, I have the experience and knowledge of what it takes to get into the best shape of your life.
