My life’s work and passion as a feminine transformational change catalyst for women and a sexuality and relationship educator for couples is to support you as you explore inner alchemy to gently awaken more aliveness and alignment in your mind, heart and body. To move from surviving to thriving aliveness, to enjoy and embody more fullness in your life and relationships.

Let me tell you a little about myself

I’m passionate about educating and facilitating women and couples to create wholehearted and loving relationships in their lives. Creating new behaviours where thriving becomes a way of life and just surviving becomes a thing of the past. My warmth, grounded presence and nurturing way puts people at ease, to feel safe enough, that they can trust me and share their sacred inner world. My own full life experiences have given me deep wisdom, compassion, skills and reverence for walking beside those on a personal healing journey who want to release fear and replace it with the energy of love and live from that expanded place inside to become a power house of life force energy.

In over two decades I have cultivated a vast and powerful toolbox of healing modalities that I am able to draw from at will to assist the releasing and healing of deep trauma, unhealthy patterns and behaviours. This enables and empowers the people that come into my care. How that looks, feels and sounds like depends on the person before me. My clients are the compass point for their own healing journey and I take my cue from them, what their voices, energy and body are sharing.

I have mastered how to shift my own state from just surviving to thriving, in thoughts, choices, actions and words. This is powerfully evident by my own intensive healing journey both physically, emotionally and energetically sixteen years ago. I support, activate and ignite those who come to me to be able to do the same. To start living the lives they deeply desire, remove any obstacles and blind spots in their way with loving awareness, gentleness and courage, while trusting their own innate wisdom inside to do so. I love to help others to understand the language of energy and how to use it’s power to unlock the negative programs stored in the body that stop us form living from greater mind that sits in the centre of the body.

My life and work has been an amazing journey so far. My clients constantly inspire me to continue to create new ways, new offerings and share all the knowledge I have received, as I continue to learn, grow and experience myself.
