ORDERS:

Please note all orders are to be made at least a week in advance.  large order of 50 pcs to 100 or more need to be made couple of weeks to a month in advance.. give us time to work with you efficiently.  Samples are always shown before proceeding with any order- charges may apply.

SHIPPMENT & DELIVERY
At True panache we use Australia Express post as our form of delivery. Please note for extremely hot weather conditions we do provide our ice packs that we place in your package $5.00 extra charge for that.  However, if we do believe the weather is not suitable for delivering your product we will inform you and delay few days until weather is permits us to do so ..
