Whether you want to improve your fitness, burn some calories or just unwind after a big day… we are here for you. Make this the outlet you need in your day, and first and foremost have fun. Training shouldn’t be a bore! No one wants to do that. So why not meet new people, network and socialize while we get the heart pumping with some exercise and release those positive endorphins…. Good juju vibes!
Don’t worry… no ballerina tutu training required. And leotards aren’t really our vibe. Ballet fit is all about the combination of stretching, strengthening and conditioning exercises based on the classic Ballet principles. Breathing, posture, muscle engagement and control. So, from beginners to the most experienced, no matter your fitness level you will be able to feel your body working. Moving from Barre to floor exercises, you will feel a full body work out including a solid warm down stretch to ensure your muscle recovery. It also has emphasis on posture and breathing to help you chill out and channel your positive energy to start or finish your day. Take it at your own pace and push yourself that little bit further each time! We are all about tailoring our exercises to your individual body needs so feel free to ask for variations to the exercises.
