I love the squat press. Most people always use the barbell when doing this lift, which is great. However every now and then I like to use a less stable platform for this complex lift. By utilising just the plates you really allow for core activation as well as increased activation of stabilisers.

When doing your back you rev your metabolism. That's because your posterior chain contains big muscle groups. And the more muscles you train, the more calories you burn.
