At the beginning of the year, when we first opened up Bakehouse on Magill, I made a pact with my coffee rep. It was agreed that if we could triple the amount of coffee that we went through on a weekly basis, we would receive a brand spanking new coffee machine for our efforts. Lo and behold, after a very successful 10 months, my fellow baristas and I have managed to hit our goal, and we now have a new toy to play with! From a humble little bakery pushing 8kg of coffee a week, to a bustling Bakehouse hitting 30kg and more, we've made quite the progress, even if a third of sales is from me smashing down 6 espressos every morning (still counts)
