BP Luxury Care is one of the largest privately owned psychiatric residential suites in WA. The facility is situated in Maddington with 11 independent units Bp Luxury Care is located in the safe and peaceful suburb of Maddington. With easy access to public transport and all amenities. BP Luxury Care offers a choice of eleven self contained units.


Each unit is architecturally designed and is fully appointed with new, tasteful furniture and fittings. Each unit is home  to four residents at any one time. The facility is equipped for  44 residents. State of the art security systems and duress buzzers ensure resident safety at all times.

Management and staff of BP Luxury Care respect the rights and dignity of residents and are committed to providing quality care within a homelike setting. Each resident’s right to freedom of choice, confidentiality, comprehensive health care and participation in cultural, social, and religious activities is supported.

Residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible and take an active role in identifying and planning care needs. Family members are also encouraged to participate in this process.

Each resident has an individual care plan. The plan is formulated in consultation with the resident, their doctor, family members and any other key people.picture4

A wide range of lifestyle and recreational activities is available and planned in accordance with each resident's individual needs and interests.

This facility has been designed for those in their late 20s to 40s with a mild mental illness who require additional care.
