!!!Climbing Mount Everest!!! Yes this amazing young lady is setting off tomorrow with her brother to climb to base camp on Mount Everest. Karis is one of our amazing group fitness instructors and has also been working super hard raising money for a charity called Interplast which does an amazing job helping and changing people lives around the world.
