Business Masters Club™ is for business owners who want to learn the strategies, tools and tactics to develop a profitable, scalable, saleable business. My name is Anthea Horvat and I am the founder of Business Fusion and the Business Masters Club™. And first up I want to say THANK YOU for being here.
Business Masters Club (or as we call it "BMC") was first launched in Western Australia in 2006. Our goal was to provide a space where business owners could come to master the art of developing a successful business. Every month we would have a workshop. It was fantastic and I am very grateful to the thousands of people who attended both in Western Australia and Queensland.
In 2014 we stopped doing the BMC live events due to other commitments. BUT... now we are BACK! The wonders of technology means that we have created a virtual community where every month I will share a Masterclass.
The sole purpose of this group is for me to share with you education, training and strategies to help you grow your business.
We have a 5 step process called the PSS Process (profitable, scaleable and saleable) that we use with our clients to help them quantum leap their profits and business value.
The process is… Purpose, Plan, Product, Promote and Propel.
So in the coming months I will be sharing my 25 years’ experience of what works and what doesn’t. Our topics will be varied and include business strategy, time management, financial management, product development, marketing strategies, systemisation and leadership.
Please note that this is NOT a marketing group. If finding new clients and promoting your business is your primary motivation for joining, then I think you will find other groups that will better serve to your needs.
