Today we hosted the girls from Shire Gymnastics (@shiregymnastics) for a group session in their 'off season'. We covered a game & warm up, Strength & skill component then a short workout. The age range was 9-15 years old. We are now taking expressions of interest for our Kidsfit program that will launch in 2017 catering for kids from Kindergarten to Year 6. The program would run 1-2 days per week (most likely 5pm to 545pm sessions) and would be movement based with an emphasis on developing technique, coordination and skills in a fun environment.
