From a South Coast Kitchen
Description
We take the best ingredients from the South Coast, add 40 years' cooking experience and offer you delicious food packed with flavour. Our founder, Cathy Law, has been a champion of South Coast food for ten years. Having sold her cafe, she is now offering locals and visitors a way of obtaining delicious local food all week long at her stall in The Collective Kiama. She makes a range of preserves, take home meals and other products, largely from local food bought from the Kiama Farmers Market and other farmers. Cathy also curates the food of other makers, making it a great way to stock up if you can't get to the Wednesday market.
