Description
Hands on Hand Therapy provides specialized assessment and treatment services for hand and upper limb conditions.
3 locations- Kiama, Nowra and Bowral. We have three locations available for the convenience of our patients.
Our Kiama clinic is located at 4 Collins Lane (in the Central Park Health building) just behind the lovely terrace shops. Plenty of parking is available at the front and to the side of the building.
Our Nowra clinic is located at 6 Smith Lane, just behind the IMB building. Parking is available in the surrounding streets.
At Bowral, we are located in Building 1, 4-10 Funston Street within the ONTRAC building, next door to the Eastbrooke Medical Centre. Ample parking is available within the complex.
We look forward to meeting you and working together to improve your hand and upper limb injuries.

Welcome to our new home in Bowral! We are now located in Room 2 at 'The Rooms' at 45 Bowral Street. Very conveniently located, plenty of parking on site and very accessible for all. It's a beautiful space that we are sharing with SoHi Podiatry. Now you can have your hands and feet looked after in the one great location.

A great day out for Hands on Hand Therapy at the 'Connect For Life' event as part of Seniors Week.
Seniors Week - Kiama Municipal Council
Hands on Hand Therapy is proud to be part of Kiama Council's Seniors Festival Week and will be present at 'Connect for Life' on Tuesday 7 March. This free event will be promoting a healthy lifestyle through social inclusion, health and wellness. 'Connect for Life' is being held at the Joyce Wheatley Community Centre in Hindmarsh Park and runs from 10am to 2pm. As of Tuesday 7th March we will now be located at 45 Bowral Street and will be operating every Tuesday and Thursday. We've got two new HOHTies! Hands on Hand Therapy are so pleased to welcome our newest hand therapists - Yoke and Liz. These super talented ladies will be working alongside Cate, Toni and Barb and it's fantastic to have two extra pairs of hands. (Pardon the pun!)
