What else to do when you're having a melancholy day and wishing life was a bit different...head down to the city and buy the best dish you can find made of eggplant. I'm actually intolerant to eggplant...which wierdly makes me crave them sometimes...a bit like alcohol I think. I liked this little cafe in Melbourne's Bourke St mall so much that I decided to book it for the big day next week....(not Christmas, my birthday) And there's my eggplant chips....now everything's going to be okay 😅
