Most burgers you buy from the shops contain added sugar, colourings, bread crumbs and worst of all preservatives. Try this quick and easy recipe, you can add what you Iike really. Once cooked they can stay in the fridge for at least 3 days or you can freeze them for another day Homemade burgers served with roasted sweet potato and red onion Minced beef Chopped onion Garlic Chopped peppers 1 egg Freshly chopped coriander Salt & pepper Mix all ingredients together in a bowl Separate into 8-10 balls depending on how big or small you would like your burgers to be Squish down and shape Heat a pan with olive oil cook one side 5-6 mins then the other 5-6 mins ( may vary depending on size of burger) Sweet potatoes Red onion Olive oil Cut up sweet potatoes into 1 inch cubes put onto a baking tray Chop the red onion sprinkle over the potato Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper Cook at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes in preheated oven Serve with a delicious side salad Enjoy!!

Veggies - love them, hate them, you've got to eat them. They are so full of nutrients, such a variety of tastes, so many herbs and spices to add to them, so many ways to cook them. If you don't eat them you are robbing your body of some of the best foods on the planet. You didn't like them as a kid so don't eat them now, that's not an excuse, try them again, learn to like them......no......love them.

Attention Group PT members: Group PT times for December and January Friday the 23rd: 06:00, 06:45, 08:45, 09:15 Monday and Tuesday: Holidays Wednesday(28th) and Thursday(29th): Normal times Friday the 30th: 09:15(Bootcamp) Monday(2nd): Holiday Back to normal from Tuesday the 3rd of January. Please see our proposed 2017 timetable. This provides the opportunity to increase sessions times to 1hr, and allows for more strength based training. I also have new packages available to accommodate this. Feedback is welcomed. Please be reminded this is only for consideration and does not replace the current schedule. Before and Afters

Alleys transformation 🙈Sept 15➡️Oct 16. I find this both shocking & amazing at the same time!! I have strived to live fit my entire adult life, we had both just had a bad year! I wasn't consuming many calories and had slacked off from the gym we had been attending. Instead we were running a lot as it fitted in easily with the hours we were both working. In the lead up to this point we both had had a lot of work stress and emotional stress as I was recovering from a cancer diagnosis and the major surgery that ensued. So glad we made the decision to seek help from @david.caroline.kearns @designyourphysique who overhauled our food plan and exercise regime. His knowledge is second to none and the support you receive from both David & Caroline is 💯🙌 both Paul and my results speak for themselves. Never looking back! So happy we made the choice to change and eager for continued improvements together
