Banana and blueberry vanilla smoothie this morning for breakfast. I've just started a new job and it's flat out and thanks to these little capsules I have been able to keep up with the pace and not feel tired or exhausted, even after a crappy night sleep.

So today almost marks our 7 month journey on juiceplus. My gosh where has that time gone. This year has just flown by. And I'm happy to report that my son hasn't had a cold and flu in that whole time, he eats more fruit and veg and drinks heaps more water he even asks for the chews and eats them but he didn't at the start. He has always had energy lol, he is a 3 yr old 😂 I haven't been sick the whole time either and my energy and motivation have stayed with me the whole time. I never worried about the other benefits I could have gotten, even through they would be nice, but I was focused on the energy and motivation which I received and soooooooooooo much more. My hair, skin and nails are all strong and healthy and growing very fast, I don't need to moisturise my skin, I bearly ever break out, I don't get period pains, my depression is basically non existent, I'm out walking almost every day, doing more fun things with my son, cooking and eating healthier foods, not craving takeaway but still have it occasionally, I drink a lot more water and I eat so much more fruit and veg. I'm so grateful I said yes 7 months ago and gave it a try. 👍💖💖😊
