Hornsby Physiotherapy
Description
Hornsby Physiotherapy is a well established clinic in the Hornsby area. We aim to identify the cause of the pain to get you back moving as soon as possible At Hornsby Physiotherapy we aim to continuously and conscientiously learn in our profession through inservice education, peer networks, participation in research projects and attendance at courses and conferences in order to empower our patients with up to date, research based information to promote independent and ultimate physical wellbeing.
We are focused on providing a thorough assessment where we will be looking at all the movement impairments and their contributions to the pain syndrome that you present with. Patients will present with many painful tissue conditions such as; degenerative changes in the cartilage/joints, joint inflammation, myofascial strains and tears, tendonitis, bursitis, frozen shoulder, neuropathic pain, sciatica and many more.
Our philosophy is based around identifying the mechanical cause for these tissue conditions and subsequently correcting this movement impairment to alleviate the stress on the painful tissue. This is a much more successful outcome in the long term as we address the underlying issue rather than just treating the symptoms!
