Many of you will have heard of the Pebble Beach Concourse. A few days preceding it there is a fantastic event held called " Pebble Beach Tour d'Elegance".We were lucky enough to be able to see it. Many of the cars that will be on display at the concourse, go on a scenic drive that ends at Carmel-by- Sea. The street is blocked off to traffic, spectators line the street as the amazing procession goes slowly by. You are then able to wander amongst the cars, photograph them talk to the owners etc. No barriers. Really up close & personal. There were the most incredible cars there. These are just a few of the BMWs that took part. There were lots of fantastic cars of other kinds too. One of the best " car" events I've ever been to!

Today was "Legends of the Autobahn" in Monterey. BMW, Mercedes & Audi all on display. I have never seen so many BMWs in one place! Absolutely amazing! We counted 83 2002s & 54 3.0 Coupes (E9), even 3 pre war 328s! There were cars I've never seen. You name it, it was there. Here are a few photos to whet your appetite, I will post more in the future.
