Hey guys, Couple of changes to the menu this weekend. We have Beef Short Rib from Cape Grim, cooked for 48 hours served with Turnips braised in Mushroom stock, Sugar Snap Peas and Pickled Shallots. For something lighter there is Burratta, Figs and Hazelnuts. We cook until 10:30pm Tuesday thru Sunday and we have take away wine available until 11pm. See you all soon, The Willing Bros Team

Hey guys, Here is our menu for this week. A couple of changes including delicious Pippies in a Thai Chilli Sauce. There will be more changes midweek so stay tuned. Also we have Didi wines Giallo on be the glass. It is a beautifully perfumed, floral, dry, skin contact Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills, made by the one and only Tom Shobbrook. Hey guys, Willing Bros is looking for someone to join the team! At this point in time we can offer two nights a week, with the possibility of that role expanding. Obviously this person will require a sound wine knowledge, an enthsiasim to learn more and be able to work well as part of a small team. The hours can run pretty late but the environment is fun.
