Greetings Our year is quickly drawing to a close with Monday being our last day. We conclude the day with an assembly focussed on achievement and bidding farewell to our Year 6 students. The Assembly will start at 230 promptly so we can have the Year 6 student's leave at 320. Please come along as it is a wonderfully happy assembly acknowledging our wonderful students and staff.

Thank you to our parent community for your great support of our Christmas concert. Whilst the weather was against us the children performed with enthusiasm and enjoyment. Please understand that this evening is about communities of children performing together and having fun. Your support to your child is in talking about the experience and reinforcing their willingness to perform for the group, the team! Tonight you our community were a community even if you were disappointed. Well done!
The years is quickly coming to an end. Here are some highlights for you to note: Wednesday Dec 7 Parent Helpers morning tea from 11am Christmas/End of Year Concert on Thursday Dec 8. Food vans from 530 but you can bring your picnic tea. Concert starts around 630 Second Semester reports are published on COMPASS on Friday. Make sure you have your COMPASS login. Class Placement and other important 2017 documents will be sent to you on Friday of next week. Stay informed and up to date.
Tomorrow Tuesday Nov 29th is the Junior SubSchool cross country day! We also have Bike Ed path and road rides on Thursday and Friday. If you are available to assist please contact Mr Dave Gardner.
Watch the big wheel in Docklands turn Orange in recognition of the Orange Pigeon charity. This charity provides longtime wishes for seriously ill adults. Rides on the wheel tonight are half price if you dress in orange! Come on support this great cause.
Congratulation to the Parkwood Green Singers today as they added to the colour and movement at McHappy day at the Hillside site. Congratulations to the Foundation and year 1 students who sang their songs in Italian showing off their language learning this year. Thanks to parents, grandparents and friends who also attended and offered support.
Remembrance Day ceremony tomorrow at 11am in the Courtyard. Today we need donations of flowers to make the wreaths. Buckets will be ready to receive your donations. Thankyou
Parent Forum Friday Oct 28th 9.00am. Important topic: Transition to Year 7. Guest speaker who is an experienced Transition Coordinator at one of our local schools. This session will be in Staffroom. School As usual for Monday Oct 31st.
