Meet Chloe 😍 Chloe is one of my sideline sisters and has decided to share how It Works has changed her life 💚💚💚 And i must say she is sooo right!!! 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Im not your typical success story. In the photo on the left i was a size six. For many girls this is a goal, in fact this WAS my goal. And when i reached my goal weight i still thought i needed to lose more. I hardly ate, i was unhealthy, i had no energy and i had seriously messed up body image issues, its not a surprise with what the media portrays to be beautiful these days. The only people who weren't say "oh wow, your looking great" was my family, so i kept going the way i was. The photo on the right i took today, and i feel great! I started focusing on myself and what my body needed so every morning i started having a glass of Greens and something small to eat. I started excersising daily, working out at the gym each week and took Confianza for my stress levels and all of a sudden i noticed i was slowly putting weight on. Im now back to a healthy size ten, my skin has improved, my appetite is back and im absolutely loving life! I just wanted to share to show you that no matter what your physical goals are, they is most definitely possible! You can do anything you put your mind to.
