Everyone needs a lending hand once in a while. We can show you where you need to concentrate and redirect your toothbrush. The nurses used disclosing tablets which demonstrate where the plaque is sitting. This visual aid enables them to see where they are missing. It is important to practice good oral hygiene habits such as brushing twice a day and flossing daily, alongside a healthy diet.
