"Our house selling experience with LJ Hooker Gordon in general and with one of its principle Sales Agents Ms. Jing Peng in particular was surprisingly pleasant. Surely, it was stressful as well (selling your beloved house is ALWAYS stressful), but still… Jing’s encouragement, advice and softer attitude towards sellers helped quite a bit. We met Jing at one of house auctions in Killara area, where we talked with her a bit about directions of the local RE market. When she learned that we were planning to sell within the next two or three years, she paid us a visit and gave an excellent advice about long-term strategies for house sale preparation. Closer to the sale date she invited us to a special House Sale preparation seminar organised by LJ Hooker, Gordon, which was also very good. Final bits (organising photographers and advertisers, running marketing campaign and open days, etc) were also almost flawlessly organised by Jing and Jonathan. Even a hiccup during the auction itself, which finished slightly below our reserve price (due to various reasons a couple of good potential buyers failed to show up at the very last minute) did not bend our agents’ determination and optimism. Within just one week after the auction they managed to get new interested customers achieving a few (!) great offers and finally beating the top of the auction bids by more than $100,000!
