Ok awesome people, 2 WEEKS Left of the challenge! 👊 Keep working hard and stay on track with your diet. Everyone's put in a Stella effort so far so don't stop now! You can get a lot of results in two weeks if you eat clean and train hard. Keep on top of the jetts online challenge page also and make sure you put inn all the info needed. Hey guys! Bootcamp will be on this long weekend, be there or be square 👊🏻 Saturday 9am at Colley Reserve
Perfect morning for a run up the stairs👌 Ramping up my cardio at the moment. Looking at dropping my body fat while trying to maintain muscle mass, which isn't a easy thing to do! If you eat to light and do to much cardio, you start to drop muscle also. It's a hard balance between burning body fat while keeping some size. Everyone's different, some people have higher metabolism. For me I keep my weights the same, drop my carbs just slightly but keep my protein intake high as usual and then increase my cardio. The mirror is always your guide. I don't look at the scales to much anymore. I can be a very fit 100kg or and unfit 100kg. It's more about how you look and feel 👍
