Spending your money at ISHKA helps village people in developing communities. Although ISHKA is a profit organisation and not formally linked with any charity group, we ...strongly believe in the benefit of trade in village craft, where on average $100 of sales gives 3 days’ work to the maker.
Over the decades we have seen many of our suppliers, including refugees and minority people become materially successful. This has allowed them to improve their living conditions, education and health of their children.

Our second and final mandala artwork is up for auction to raise money for one amazing little guy! ❤️ Beau is a bright and bubbly boy who was diagnosed with Diplegic Cerebral Palsy, leaving him with brain damage affecting his motor skills and ability to walk independently. Beau's family are working tirelessly to raise $41,000 for him to attend specialised intensive 3 week therapy programs at the NAPA Centre in Sydney, and to be the recipient of life-altering surgery in the US. Let's raise as much as we can for this one-of-a-kind mandala artwork, handpainted on hardwood by Beau's mum, Mamma Mandala, a talented artist whose artworks are now created for the sole purpose of fundraising for Beau. AUCTION RULES: Place a bid by posting your nominated amount in the comments below. As per traditional auction rules, each bid posted must be higher than the previous bid.
