Huge congrats to our female challenge winner Sophia! Dropping 3kg of fat mass, 4% body fat to end up at 13.5% body fat and adding lean muscle! Sophia showed great consistency across the 8 weeks averaging 6 sessions a week! The results speak for themselves! Well done Sophia.
