Important Message - On Roma Street Market - December Market The committee announces that the December 3rd markets for On Roma Street Market will not proceed, in addition no markets are scheduled for January & February in 2017. We would like to thank those within our community and the Epping, Beecroft and Cheltenham surrounding communities who came along and supported our adventure this year. An important thank you to the amazing stall holders who diligently turned early to set up, showcasing their beautiful products ready to trade with smiles each market day. To the Caravello family from The Salon and Il Posto we extend a huge thank you for generously donating their premises each month an serving breakfast after busy Friday nights. To Darren and Brenda at Delectable Wines and to Gary from the Garage - thank you for your support Thanks to Ryan from Uppercut Meats with your tasting table outside your shop. Also a special mention to our musicians who shared their incredible gift of song. Remember to add Sunday 11th December to your calendar for the “Day on the Green” 1.30 pm - 5.00 pm hosted by the wonderful charity the Candlelight Foundation where a number of our stallholders will be showcasing their products at the North Epping Bowling Club. Erin creates marble drink coasters in a range of over 35 designs. The marble drink coasters will suit any type of decor and are even the perfect Christmas gift. A press release from the On Roma Street Market team. On Roma Street Markets – NORTH EPPING A new and exciting local Artisan and Gift market has been running since June in North Epping. Created by a team of local mums who love seeing dreams come true by supporting local community cottage industries who supply beautiful, nurturing and creative crafts and giftware’s. We believe that “What makes a market a special place is that we are actually creating community around creativity”. On Roma Street markets is going to give back into our local community by donating funds to our local School libraries, helping to purchase valuable resources. Our market is set outside the upmarket “The Salon” hairdressers, owned and run by Dom and Angelo Caravello with off street parking available right outside The Salon, be sure to pop in and see them whilst visiting the Market. The Market is also set inside the beautiful Italian cafe “II Posto”, offering breakfast, treats and coffee. The Market now also extends to North Epping Garage, owned and operated by Gary. Gary has been kind enough to allow us a section of his garage while the market operates. This coming November we have a record 23 stallholders offering creative choices from fashion & accessories, jewellery, homewares, handmade paper crafts, soap and beauty products, animal treats & soap, candles and honey, pure essential oils and more. An enormous and varied choice for Christmas !!. We also welcome two charities in November, Operation Christmas Child, a collection point for Christmas shoeboxes filled with Christmas gifts for distribution overseas to children less fortunate and CSJ Lemonaid, run by Juliette Jones, a 13 year old who is on a mission to stop Motor Neurone Disease in it’s tracks.
