Be it Medicine Balls, Kettle Bells, Weights, Resistance Bands, Boxing Bags, Core/Abs or just your good old body weight training (push ups, squats, planks).

Come along and get strong, fit and healthy, oh! and have fun and meet others that are training for the same reason. Training in a group type environment is interactive at times, motivating, inspiring and most IMPORTANTLY, you train at your own pace. It is for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. Personal one on one chats regarding nutritional guidance, personal goals, body measurements also available.

Thursday
ICE - Intense Cardio Exercise 30min

6:15 - 7:05am (Boxing + Abs/Core)
9:15 (Boxing 30min)
Saturday session times:
7-8am or 9-10am - SC
