Fully equipped gym, Personal Training, no hidden fees and you choose the term! FIT Tone Health & Fitness studio is a fully equipped gym with an extensive range of free weights, carefully chosen pin-loaded machines and of course all your cardio needs in a fun, vibrant setting.
At FIT Tone members receive the best initial help in kick starting their health and fitness journey along with continuing ongoing support and advice - In most cases we assume the individual has never entered a gym before!
We also offer Personal Training - wether it be Muscle Gain, Weight loss, Sport specific or rehab, we do it all! If there is a goal and a will to achieve, we've got your back and results are inevitable! We offer both 1 on 1 training and group training.
At FIT Tone there are no sign up fees, cancellation fees or hidden costs and 'you' chose the term! All memberships include; unlimited access, 2 free PT sessions, program start and monthly review and a Nutrition profile.

Conditioning work with Phil this morning... try this at the end of your work out! Slam balls 20 secs - High knees 20 secs - Walk outs with push up 20 secs for 5 rounds each.... rest 15 secs in between each round (or as Matt) #mondaymotivation @goliath_nutrition @cassgia.pt
