Thank you to everyone who helped at the Carols in the Park, run by the combined Churches of Balwyn. We handed out the programmes and collected donations. All the money went to our Group and we raised $1,838.60 and someone else has donated another $40 since, We had over 30 members of our Group working on Carols night and it was fantastic that Mark & Melanie Lawes helped us again. Thanks Mark & Melanie for your help on Saturday night and also at the Car Show.

An exciting moment at the Car Show when Charles Charalambous and a distinguished group from Freemason's Victoria presented Tende beck with a giant cheque representing all the money raised by the Freemason's for our Group over a period of time. Their most recent donation was for $10,000 which is by far the biggest donation we have ever received in our 85 year history. Thank you to the Freemason's for their generous support and also to Charles for his long standing personal support and encouragement. Representatives from our Scouts, Venturers and Rovers received the cheque.
